Project Manager - Ben Walters is a fourth generation homebuilder from Tampa, Florida. Ben received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Florida in December of 2001. For almost nine years, Ben worked with a Builder Magazine Top 100 regional, private homebuilder doing business in the Tampa and Orlando markets. For those nine years, Ben has served roles in Construction Management, Customer Service, Purchasing, and worked the last six years as President and Chief Operating Officer in both Orlando and Tampa. Throughout this time, Ben has lead teams that have built homes in such well known communities as Westchase, Meadowpointe, Longleaf, Grey Hawk, and Highland Park in Tampa and Vista Lakes, Remington, Loch Leven, Harmony, Belle Meade, and College Park in Orlando.
