She has her MBA from Loyola University, Chicago, IL with a focus in marketing. Rainbow?s marketing/management experience includes acquisitions, ground up new construction, and high-end rental buildings. She holds a CAASH certification, Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing, as well as a Real Estate license in South Carolina. Rainbow spent most of her career in Chicago, IL working on projects in Pittsburgh, PA, Chicago, IL, and Myrtle Beach, SC.
